The campsite Le tampico is open during the winter season so you can discover our beautiful region covered with snow and enjoy skiing.

Camping : Caravans and campervans are welcome in February during Aix-Marseille school holidays (please see opening dates on the home page). The toilets and shower block is heated.

Rentals : During all the winter season, you can chose the warm comfort of our chalets and mobil-homes, located just 10 minutes drive from the ski resorts

Free shuttle : a free shuttle stops just in front of the campsite to take you in a few minutes to the ski resorts of Praloup and Le Sauze

You can also take advantage of your stay in the valley to practice other activities like snowshoe walking, cross-country skiing, sledging, parasailing...

Barcelonnette

Barcelonnette, located in the heart of the Ubaye Valley, is the best place to stay for visiting the region.

During the summer season, the village organizes animations of great quality (jazz festival, Mexican feast, ...)  and proposes a lot of activities (swimming-pool, golf, rafting, karting, acrobranche, bowling, minigolf, sledge, cinéma...). Several supermarkets and the shops of the pedestrian main street will make your stay easy and pleasant.

The Ubaye Valley 

Located at the entrance of; Mercantour National Park, The Ubaye Valley has a lot to offer to nature lovers, and especially gorgeous landscape.
